Gaetan is an Executive in Residence at Singular - an early-stage venture capital firm born in Europe, committed to empowering European founders with global ambitions, across all sectors, from Seed to Series B. As part of Singular's Platform Team, Gaetan supports founders and their team with GTM strategies and execution as well as international revenue expansion. Prior to joining Singular, Gaetan was the Chief Strategy Officer at Algolia - the one stop shop for AI search - where he was instrumental in defining and executing the company's strategy.

Werner Rickinger is based in Berlin, joined Warburg Pincus in 2021, and is a Vice President in our Technology group. He has been involved in investments by the Warburg Pincus funds which include IONOS (Webhosting & Cloud) and Infoniqa (HR & ERP Software). Previously, he was working for Goldman Sachs in their Investment Banking Division. Werner holds a Bachelor of Science from Technical University Munich and a Master’s in Finance from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
