- YES, you get full access to all attendees name, company, and position.
- Also, you can message and request 1:1 meetings with any participant 2 weeks prior to the event via our networking app.
What’s the difference between investor tickets and founder tickets?
- Founder tickets are limited to founders and CxOs of B2B software companies. Investor tickets are limited to institutional investors with a track-record in B2B software or AI.
- Investor tickets give access to ARRtist’s famed and exclusive “Speakers & Investors Dinner”.
- Investors get an attendee list with all attendees name, position, company.
- Investors are introduced on ARRtist’s website, that B2B software founders frequently use to research potential investors in their space.
When do tickets typically sell out?
- Investor tickets for ARRtist Summit usually sell out 6–12 weeks before the event.
- This is due to a strict cap of 125 investor attendees.
- Apply early to secure your spot.
How many persons of the same fund are allowed to attend?
A maximum of 2 attendees per fund. Thus, we ensure to have a relevant set of VC, PE and strategic investors at ARRtist Summit. Exceptions are very rare.
How do I get access to the app to connect with Founders & Investors?
- Access is activated for ticket holders about two weeks ahead of the event.
- You receive an email with login instructions
Why are there such strict access criteria on the ticket application for Founders and CxOs?
- Put simply, to maintain the highest-quality of conversations, interaction at eye-level, and to keep out people less relevant to other participants.
- After that, tickets are non-refundable, to ensure high-caliber attendees of a certain seniority, sector-expertise and focus on B2B software, SaaS & AI and a balanced founder : investor ratio of 4:1.
Can I buy tickets on behalf of other Investors in my company?
- Yes, you can purchase multiple tickets on behalf of people from your company. Each ticket is personalized after the purchase.
- All attendees still need individual approval and an individual email address to receive access to networking tools and to their digital ticket.
How will other founders and investors know that I am participating in the summit?
- You appear in the participant list and your fund can introduce itself via our website.
- Your profile is automatically visible and tagged as “Early Stage” or “Growth” investor in the networking app once approved.
Can I transfer my ticket to another investor at my company?
- YES, transfers are allowed within the same company.
- Must be requested before the deadline.
- The replacement needs approval. Attendees must be actively involved in investment decisions or deal generation for B2B software & AI investments in Europe.
Can I book meetings with other participants?
- YES, you can request 1:1 meetings inside the app two weeks prior to the event.
- Founders and investors can accept or decline message requests and requests for personal meetings.
