- You are not a (co-)founder or managing director
- You are not a CxO
- Your company is not really a B2B software or AI company. (This is likely the case, if <50% of revenue comes from software subscriptions or usage fees).
- You do not hold a permanent, full-time position in such a company.
- In rare cases, your information cannot be verified based on publicly available information or a mistake has been made.
Can I buy tickets on behalf of my company CxOs?
YES, you can — if each attendee meets the CxO / founder criteria.
- Purchase tickets with accurate details for every person attending.
- The organiser will verify eligibility before confirming.
Are tickets refundable?
YES, up to 4 weeks before the event.
- Free rebooking possible up to 28 days before.
- After that, tickets are non-refundable.
Can I transfer my ticket to other CxOs in my company?
YES, up to 7 days before the event.
- Only to eligible Co-Founders / CxOs of the same company.
- Very fair policy. No extra cost for rebooking.
Can I book meetings with other participants?
YES, 1:1 meetings and networking are part of the program. You can requests personal meeting about two weeks before the event date via an app or web application.
Are there any additional costs or fees? Can I book meetings with other participants?
NO, the ticket price includes everything. But you have to pay 19% Umsatzsteuer (sales tax), on the ticket, if your company is registered in the EU.
Does the price increase over time?
YES, the price goes up. The earlier people book, the cheaper the ticket.
